Welcome to The Hair Extension Specialists Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our training services, including but not limited to our courses, workshops, and materials (collectively, the "Services"). By enrolling in or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Enrollment and Payment a. Enrollment: Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability. To enroll, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. b. Payment: Full payment is required upon enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy a. Refunds: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 2 days of enrollment. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy. b. Cancellations: The Academy reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another course.
Intellectual Property All materials provided by the Academy, including but not limited to course content, videos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of The Hair Extension Specialists and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.
Conduct You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all interactions with the Academy's staff and other participants. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Limitation of Liability The Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which the Academy operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [insert relevant arbitration body], and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such arbitration.
