Refund & Returns Policy

At The Hair Extension Specialists, all of our human hair extensions are custom-made to order. This means they are created specifically to your individual requirements, including length, colour, and texture.

As such, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice (e.g. length, colour, texture)

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Duplicate or unwanted orders

  • Items that have been used or altered in any way

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, as we begin production immediately to meet your custom specifications.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thehairextensionspecialists@gmail.com

To report an issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

  • Photos or videos showing the item in its original, unaltered condition

To be eligible for review, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have not been coloured (toned, dyed, bleached or purple/blue shampooed), cut, heat styled, or chemically treated

  • Be returned in their original packaging

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. As our products are made to order directly from a factory, The Hair Extension Specialists is not responsible for errors made at checkout.
