18-24" can be made quickly. Other lengths might come with longer production times or MOQs. Ask for details. Usually hair takes 7 days for production plus 5-10 days for delivery but this can vary.

Use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and products to help the longevity of the hair. Always use heat protection.
If on the rare circumstances a bad bad was to occur and matting or bunching was present you can send the hair back for testing. Our hair goes trough extensive testing and only the best hairs are selected from bundles so its unlikely you will get a bad batch.
Because hair is a natural product cut directly from human ponytails sourced in Asia not all batches will be the same, some may curl better than others.
Colours may appear slightly darker in curled options however this is just a reflection of light.
The shorter lengths are often easier to manage due to the fact the longer lengths have taken years to grow.
