At The Hair Extension Specialists, all of our human hair extensions are custom-made to order, ensuring you receive high-quality, personalised products. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

All orders are handmade to your specifications. Please allow up to 16 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 5 to 10 business days (UK & international)

Please note that shipping times are in addition to the production time.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after 16 business days, please contact us.

Delays and Disruptions

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but unforeseen delays such as customs, courier disruptions, or high demand periods may occasionally affect shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipping, as this is outside of our control and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details.

International Shipping
